Actually this is the "Bridge of Honor" for the sole purpose of conferring the rank of Quartermaster (in Sea Scouts) and the Venturing Silver Award (in Venturing) to Mr. Sutherland for years of dedication to the Scouts and honing his skills in seamanship. Perhaps afterwards there may be time for a roast :)
