2nd Boat Parade Volunteer meeting

Plans for the 31st Annual BCYC Lighted Christmas Boat Parade are off to a good start. But as always the parade is a team effort, and we want your help!

We need volunteers to help pick up donations and assist with activities the evening of the parade (registration, organization of the presents for pick up, setting up for the post parade party).

We  also need volunteers to help decorate the club during November workday.  The large boxes that hold all the presents will need wrapping and the finishing touches on the boat numbers done.

We are also looking for 2 more judges for the parade.  Not to worry, we have new forms for easy, fair calculations, flashlights, clip boards and writing utensils for all!

If you can help with any of the above, come on down to the club on beofer the board meeting at 6:30.
