Hello BCYC racing members!

My name is Garth L Reynolds and I have been appointed Chairman of the Race Committee for the 2016 sailing season.

There are a number of areas that may be of interest to the racing community, general membership and non-club members.  Information presented in seminars applies to sailing, improved boat handling, sailing rules of the road, safety, race committee management, and having fun.
